Adam Barker is the founder and Managing Director of ALB Services. With over 30years experience in commercial & industrial refrigeration and air conditioning, Adam’s passion for the industry is one of the driving forces behind the continued growth of ALB. With a hands on and untiring approach to solving client problems, he has shaped the company into his own image. Building valued relationships with his long term clients and suppliers is what Adam is all about.

Starting his career in 1994 in New Zealand, Adam moved to Australia in 1998 and began working with some of the largest Australian based and multinational refrigeration companies. During this time, he participated in the installation, commissioning and servicing of a wide range of equipment, especially within the supermarket sector. It was at this time he noticed a gap in the marketplace for a company that really cared for its clients, and ALB was born.

With Adams leadership ALB has superseded expectations and the company's performance continues to grow.

Leranita Barker or 'L' as she is known at ALB, created the company with Adam 15 years ago. Building the back end of the company ensuring the company's growth is sustainable and marketable, her commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service lead to ALBs ISO Quality System Certification. L holds high expectations for ALBs performance both in the field and behind the scenes.
